Pre-deal advisory for retailers, funds and private owners. We look at the site, the network, the legal file and the math — and tell you whether to sign.

General contracting.

Turnkey retail build-out. Fixed price, fixed completion date, one contract. We hire and pay the subs, we sign for the materials, we hand you keys.
